Night of Worship – March 12th, 2017 – 6PM
New Life will combine our February and March worship nights by hosting a special Night of Worship featuring Sprig recording artist Ian Zumback and singer Jessica Crawford. This is free of charge and we hope you can join us!
Blood Drive – March 25, 2017, 8:30AM – 12:30PM
New Life will be hosting a blood drive in our Watertown Campus lobby on Saturday, March 25th from 8:30AM-12:30PM. This is an incredible way to give and help save lives in the process. Please sign up at Connections if you’re interested.
Easter Sunday – April 16, 2017
On Easter Sunday, we’ll be adding a 4th service at 8:30AM just for that Sunday to help make room for new guests. If you are a regular attendee, please consider coming to either the 8:30AM service or the 12:45PM service, so we can open up as many seats as possible in the two middle services for visitors and guests.
Redline – April 28-29, 2017
Save the date! Redline is coming up next month on April 28th & 29th, and we are so excited about this year’s conference! Get your teens registered today – early registration ends April 11th. Please do NOT register your student individually as we want all of our students to come together as a group, and we have leaders designated to watch over them while they’re here. This way you can drop them off and know they are in good hands for Friday night and all day Saturday. The price as part of the group will be $40; $25 for the conference and $15 for lunch and dinner on Saturday. You can register by signing up at Connections today or by calling the church office at 315.788.0825
Bread Team looking for volunteers
We love partnering with Panera Bread and Freihofers to bring you bread and pastries every week. This ministry is headed up by a great team, and we are currently looking for more people to join us in collecting and setting up for each Sunday morning! This can be a great outreach for you and your family to do together. Please contact the number on the sticker of the bread bags, or sign up at Connections if you’re interested in helping out!
Small Groups – 2017
Small groups are a good way to get connected in the church. View all the small groups we have.
Worship Team Looking for Musicians
New Life’s worship department is looking for musicians at all of our campuses. We are in need of drummers, electric guitarists, keyboardists and bass guitarists. If you are interested, please fill out one of our volunteer cards at the Connections booth and circle what instrument you play. Also, feel free to talk to any of our worship leaders about your interest in getting involved.
Attend a Service, Serve a Service
We believe that the best way to feel like you belong is to serve others. If you don’t feel connected with the church, that’s most likely because you aren’t actively serving anyone.
Don’t just attend a service, serve a service. If you are blessed by the incredible ministry of New Life that you experience every Sunday, recognize that it’s put on by people just like you. The best way to give back is to perpetuate the ministry. Attend a service, then turn around and serve in a service.
If you’re looking for more opportunities to serve locally or globally through New Life Missions, our outreach department, you can text the word “volunteer” to 21000 to get updates sent right to your phone! Or you can fill out a volunteer form which can be found at the New Life Missions area in the lobby and turn it into Connections. We look forward to serving alongside you!
Urban Mission support
Starting January 22, and every Sunday, we team up with 50 other churches in the community to support Urban Mission. When you mention Urban Mission or your church name, 20% of all proceeds at both of our YoJohnny/Cici’s locations will go to support all of the work that the Urban Mission does in our community!
We loved being at Ohio Elementary with our Campus Impressions team bringing the message of anti-bullying. It’s an incredible opportunity for us to serve in our local community and uplift and encourage both teachers and students alike! Please pray for us in the coming weeks as we go into more schools, and feel free to have your children’s school reach out to us if they’re interested.
